Danske Bank on Tuesday upheld an economic forecast according to which Finnish gross domestic product will contract by 0.2 per cent in 2023. The Swedish economy, meanwhile, is forecast to tread water, while the Danish and Norwegian economies will continue growing, albeit at slowing rates.
Pasi Kuoppamäki, the chief economist at Danske Bank, has voiced his reservations about the extent of fiscal adjustment pursued by the National Coalition.
