[ sound of gunfire ] that display of violence coming after more than 50 women took to the streets of kabul demanding rights like food, work, and freedom. their protests happening almost a year after the city fell to taliban rule. following the withdrawal of u.s. troops. and since then, the situation has deteriorating. startling new findings from save the children. 97% of families struggling for enough food to feed children. 80% of the children they spoke with said they ve gone to bed hungry in the last 30 days. and afghan girls are almost twice as likely as boys to frequently go to bed hungry. and nearly half of the girls say they are not attending school compared to 20% of the boys. and tomorrow fareed zakaria sits down with ashraf ghana to ask him why he left the country during that turbulent time as u.s. forces withdrew. the fall of kabul, one year later, airs tomorrow at 10:00
