AN ONLINE appeal has raised thousands of pounds towards the cost of rebuilding a brewery that burnt to the ground. Good Things Brewery Company in Sand Hill Lane, Boars Head near Crowborough has been left in ruins after being struck by lightening on Sunday afternoon. Despite only being set up for less than a day, a fundraiser started by Chris Drummond, the brewery’s founder, has raised more than £3,900.
The GoFundMe page has raised almost £4,000 The fundraising target has been set at £50,000 to restore the 17th century family barn.
