How many students are graduating are holding jobs . So youre seeing a focus on outcome as opposed to spending and the point i was trying to make and i will reiterate, is that we, we tend in washington to simply say, how much more money can we spend on something rather than lets think outside of the box and try to solve a problem. And i think we owe it to the american taxpayer that is ultimately footing this bill to focus less on how much we spend and more on whether in fact the problems are being solved.
