John remember just last week some of those uber drivers charged with trespassing. Now a taxi driver claims he was assaulted by one of those drivers in the fight for fares. Not far from the airport taxiway, theres tension. The uber app, Andrew Hopkins says the competition is increasingly fierce. Its almost a game of cat and mouse mouse. John he works for a Company Called night and day. A lot of times i like that they sit right in here. John andrew says a big part of his job is shooting pics of those unpermited drivers. But the conflict of uber came to a head when he tried to confront one of them. I went to take pictures, a video of him and his car to and he assaulted me. He came up and grabbed my hand and phone. Got in my face and threatened me. John andrew shot video of the man approaching him but doesnt get the moment of the time he assaulted him. ozark. the dead drum fish were found along a 20 mile stretch of the arkansas river. ashley blackstone from kthv joins us live from little rock. reporter: good afternoon to you. a lot of new information that s coming in today. we learned this morning that the arkansas game and fish commission says that laboratories in arkansas, georgia and wisconsin will be examining some of the carcasses of these birds. they were sent off to these labs today, so hopefully we should be able to get some results back in about a week. now, 3,000 birds fell in an area about a mile long and a half mile wide. they basically blanketed streets, yards and also rooftops and officials say the flock could have been hit by lightning or high altitude hail or maybe even have been startled by fireworks. also new this morning, we have learned this will is actually not the first time that birds have dropped from the sky here
