CATLETTSBURG For the 30th consecutive year, roughly 40 local high school students were recognized for completing the Boyd and Greenup County Youth Leadership Program on Wednesday evening.
ASHLAND Ashland Community and Technical College recently received a $20,000 donation to go toward the Ron and Diane Cartee Ashland Rotary Endowment Scholarship.
