A much-loved theatre nurse with a heart of gold has died after contracting Covid-19.
Terry Boston-Marsh - who worked at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital for 25 years - lost his battle with the virus on Friday. He was 54.

His family, friends and colleagues have been left devastated by his death.
Mum Marlene Tupp said: âTerry was the sort of son everyone would have wanted.
âHe was so kind and thoughtful. I only had to mention something I was interested in and Terry would buy it for me.

More mass coronavirus vaccination centres are expected to open imminently across the county by the end of next week.

The Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), which oversees the local health system, remained tight-lipped about announcing any specific locations during a virtual meeting earlier today.
Paula Wilkins, the chief nurse at the CCG, told the Local Democracy Reporting Service: There will be a mass vaccination centre serving the north part of Kent, which covers Gillingham and Rainham.

The mass rollout of coronvirus vaccinations in Kent has been described as a marathon rather than a sprint as greater capacity is forecast for January.
UK health workers have started immunising patients as the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid jab will be administered from at least 18 GP surgeries across the county by Saturday.

Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group s (CCG) primary care group, which oversees the county s 200 GPs, met earlier today and described the news as brilliant but downplayed the expectations of 1.8 million residents.
