Marci tonight police in louisiana investigating why an unlicensed, undocumented driver was behind the wheel of a packed bus when it crashed, setting off a horrific chain reaction. On the rainslicked road, when the bus filled with People Police believe were undocumented workers heading to baton rouge to help with Flood Recovery slammed into the scene, hitting several cars and 3 firefighters.
