The BMW driver charged with the murder of four Pepperdine University sorority sisters who were mowed down at over 100 mph in Malibu has been released on $4 million bond.
A bail hearing is scheduled Monday for 22-year-old Fraser Michael Bohm, the suspect charged with murder and other counts for the deadly Malibu crash that claimed the lives of four Pepperdine University students.
The lawyer for 22-year-old Fraser Bohm argued that his client had been involved in a road rage incident at a Malibu bar and that he was being chased by another driver when he lost control of his BMW, resulting in the deaths of four Pepperdine students.
