The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said Manalo would lead the Philippine delegation to the 55th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Foreign Ministers' Meeting and related meetings from Aug. 2 to 6 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
