The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday filed a supplementary charge-sheet before the NIA Special Court in Bengaluru, Karnataka, against two accused persons in the Bengaluru Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) conspiracy case. The two accused are Sabeel Ahmed aka Motu Doctor (resident of Bengaluru) and Asadulla Khan aks Abu Sufiyan (resident of Hyderabad, Telangana).
The supplementary charge-sheet has been filed under Section 120 B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Section 18, 38, 39 of the UA(P)A in the case. Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], February 22 (ANI): The National Investigative Agency (NIA) filed a supplementary chargesheet before a special court here on Monday against two terrorists of proscribed terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) for their involvement in a conspiracy to commit subversive activities and wage a war against India.
The NIA in a statement said that arrested terrorists were also involved in the killing of key personalities of the Hindu community in the country.
The chargesheet was filed against two LeT terrorists Dr Sabeel Ahmed of Bengaluru and Asadulla Khan of Hyderabad under sections of the India Penal Code (IPC) and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
