Ramazan
Observing Ramazan when the pandemic is ravaging the city has not been easy for Husein Abbas. The 33-yearold businessman, a resident of Tilekar Nagar, sorely misses visiting the mosque to offer special prayers and attending decadent
iftar dinners with family and friends. But the foodie is pleased to note that local
home chefs are stepping up their game to offer mouthwatering iftar fare at fair prices even in lockdown.
Abbas is a big fan of home chefs Moiz and Mariya Nalwala. They provide him with every delicious dish he craves for after breaking his fast. “I particularly love their shawarmas and burgers,” said Abbas, adding: “They consistently provide hygienic food of excellent quality in good quantity.”
