Massachusetts has a chance to see NASA experiment launch Wednesday night Share Updated: 11:25 PM EDT May 11, 2021 WCVB Share Updated: 11:25 PM EDT May 11, 2021 After yet another day of delays caused by the weather, a NASA experiment will give it another attempt at a launch Wednesday night that will be visible across much of the East Coast. The mission was originally scheduled to launch on Saturday, but was delayed because of winds that exceeded the limits for a safe launch. Another attempt for Tuesday night was also scrubbed due to cloudy skies. Monday’s rocket launch was postponed due to upper level winds not being within the required limits for a safe launch. NASA said the rocket is now scheduled to launch no earlier than 8:06 p.m. on Wednesday. The launch window closes at 8:41 p.m.The space agency plans to stream the launch live.Unlike Tuesday, when skies across Massachusetts were perfect, StormTeam 5 s Mike Wankum says there is a cha
