The ED arrested Kejriwal on March 21 after the Delhi High Court refused to grant him protection from coercive action by the federal anti-money laundering agency. He is currently lodged in Tihar jail under judicial custody.
The ED had alleged in its chargesheet that at least 36 accused, including Bibhav Kumar and former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, allegedly destroyed, used or changed 170 phones to conceal evidence of kickbacks worth crores in the now-scrapped excise policy.
