The Arunachal Pradesh Information Commission (APIC), while invoking Section 20(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, has penalized Elementary Education joint director and PIO Kadhing Perme.

ITANAGAR: The staff of APIC (Arunachal Pradesh Information Commission) bid farewell to CIC (Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) Dr Joram Begi, who retired from his post after serving the APIC for almost five years on Friday.
Joram Begi was sworn in as CIC in July 2016.
During his tenure as CIC, Begi achieved glory to the Commission and put forth the efficiency of its functioning to a great extent. It was due to his endeavour that the Commission s office was shifted from Hotel Bomdila to the present premises, in a premier location, giving the Commission a proper identity of its own.
