A San Francisco cab driver had his eye gouged during a dispute with a passenger. Near silver and Mission Street before 3 00 this morning. Police say the passenger first punched the driver because of the route he took. The driver then tried to drag his passenger from the cab. Police believe that is when the passenger gouged the drivers eye with his thumb. Officers captured the suspect. A san jose neighborhood is shaken today following the unsolved murders of two brothers. Family members say the victims were michael and arturo ramirez. They were killed in a driveby shooting last night. You still see evidence today of the shooting near south eighth and martha street.
