The Baltimore Ravens and wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. agreed on a one-year deal worth up to $18 million including $15 million guaranteed. Beckham joins a Baltimore team with its quarterback situation up in the air, with Lamar Jackson asking to be traded. The 30-year-old Beckham did not play last season following ACL surgery. Beckham made the Pro Bowl his first three seasons, and has five 1,000-yard seasons. In his most recent season on the field in 2021, he caught 44 passes for 537 yards and five touchdowns in 14 games for the Browns and Rams. He scored a touchdown in Los Angeles' Super Bowl victory that season, although he also injured his knee in that game. Since debuting with the New York Giants in 2014, he has 531 catches for 7,367 yards and 56 TDs. Beckham is one of three players in NFL history (along with Justin Jefferson and Michael Thomas ) to reach 80 receptions and 1,000 yards receiving in each of his first three seasons. In his first-ever playoff game, Daniel Jones was 24-of-35 passing for 301 yards and two TDs, plus he added 78 yards on 17 carries. Running back Saquon Barkley was equally impressive in his postseason debut, turning 14 touches into 109 yards and two scores of his own. Kodak Black was arrested on a trespassing charge over the weekend in South Florida. Authorities at the Broward Sheriff's Office said Black was taken into custody in his hometown of Pompano Beach early Saturday morning. Investigators did not immediately release details about what prompted the arrest. Black legal name is Bill Kapri later posted bond and was released. Neither his publicist nor his attorney immediately returned an emailed request for comment. Black had a three-year federal prison sentence for falsifying documents used to buy weapons at a Miami gun store commuted by President Donald Trump on his last day in office in 2020, after he had served about half his sentence. He was later sentenced to probation last April for assaulting a teenage girl in a South Carolina hotel room.
