Of a dispute resolution form. The goal is to bring involved parties together in an effort to bring achieved mutual understand. Not all cases warrant this process. We only offer in limited situations but it is quite possible with the officers and with community members. We have conducted many immediate agencies in many languages other than spanish. Our staff speak several languages including cantonese, mandarin, berns, tagalog and spanish. Two are our staff are bilingual spanish speakers because a large number of our cases of nonenglish speakers are spanish speakers. For languages other than the ones i mentioned we will have Interpretive Services and well make sure we understand each other. Our office is located at 25 van ness on the 7th floor very close to the corner of van ness and market. We are easily accessible by Public Transportation and receive walk in complaints between the hours of 8 00 a. M. And 5 00 p. M. We also receive compliant by telephone, email, mail and fax. We have a
