His arraignment is set for this afternoon for leaving the scene of the crash. 23yearold benjam clague is accused of leaving the scene of a deadly accident and not following a traffic sign. Investigators say he was the driver of the cyride bus that hit and killed 18 yearold emmalee jacobs in december. Ames police with help frfr cyride disisvered a video which showed the collision between the bus that clague was driving and jacobs. Fairbank. It happened around 8 oclock yesterday morning at county road c50 and yukon avenue. The iowa state patrol says jedidiah wilson, of fairbank, failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed into another vehicle. First responders airlifted him to a nearby hospital, where he died.
