Police officers were at his home looking for evidence of a possible crime of reckless endangerment. A search warrant chose investigators took a modem and a letter he nathan had been doing his own mechanical repairs on his boat which could have made the boat unsafe out in the ocean. It is not clear where that investigation stands but nathan is back home and he has not been charged
