Two teenage girls have been airlifted to hospital and five others injured after a bus and car crashed on Victoria s Great Ocean Road.
Police said the driver of the V/Line bus suffered a medical episode resulting in the large vehicle swerving onto the wrong side of the road, causing the silver Holden Commodore to swerve and hit rocks along the popular road.
The teenage girls, understood to both be 13-years-old, were two of five people in the car trapped for up to an hour at Mount Defiance near Separation Creek about 10.30am today.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.(Supplied)
