Members of staff at King’s Ely school have raised more than £3,000 for a hospice charity by completing a virtual run challenge.
The 23 staff members completed the ‘Run Everyone 2021’ which was launched by the people behind the TTP Cambridge Half Marathon.

A charity that provides end of life care has been overwhelmed by people s generosity after an SOS call for blankets prompted a massive response.
When the temperatures took a dip recently Dr Jenny Huguet at Arthur Rank Hospice put a call out for more blankets, to help keep patients toasty and warm.
That Saturday at 8.30am a âWe need ⦠nice NEW fluffy blankets!!â post was shared, resulting in an incredible response. Nearly 1,000 people engaged with the post and it received 55 shares, going on to reach more than 6500 people!
Fenland nurse lines up wish list of five challenges for 2021

A Wisbech nurse and keen runner is planning on taking on her biggest physical challenge to date.
Jane Clarke, a nurse with Arthur Rank Hospice Charity, has run everything from the charityâs Festive 5K to half and full marathons.
Now her wish list is to complete five major events in 2021 in support of Arthur Rank concluding with the London Marathon this autumn.
