Felony arrests Rape Sandro Rodriguez, 26, of the 1200 block of Jasper Street, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Rodriguez Sunday on warrants charging him with first.
Vehicle Theft Hector Carbajal, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Carbajal Tuesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail .
