So if you offer discounts to asian consumers at large so that they become beholden to your type of oil and they build refineries specifically dedicated troo processing your type of oil its going to be harder for them to switch to somebody elses oil down the line. So it makes sense to keep the price a bit lower right now so that asian consumers build up refinery capacity for medium and heavy sour sulphur rich, saudi type oil, and you try and guarantee your market down the road when you will be putting on the brakes and sending prices back up.
