SOUTHBURY Police have made a second arrest in connection with an Aug. 20 burglary at a home on Old Woodbury Road.
Roberto Lopez, 57, of 88 MacArthur Drive, Waterbury, was arrested Wednesday and charged with third degree larceny, second-degree identity theft and third-degree forgery.
