Owned by the Terebus brothers, Ed and Jim, the 104,000-square-foot, four-level haunted house at 18 S. Perry St. and the 37,000-square-foot companion escape room building at 34 Oakland Ave. are up for sale for $10 million and $4.5 million, respectively.
The brothers are seeking buyers looking to continue their existing usage or convert them into medical marijuana provisioning centers, said Keren Bolding, founder of Clinton Township-based Elevate Commercial Group, a division of Arterra Realty LLC, which has the listing on the buildings.
