Abandoned cottage mystery deepens as new sign and messages appear at gates

A new sign with mysterious messages has appeared at an abandoned cottage in south Liverpool. Last month, the ECHO delved into the history of the fascinating, dilapidated property that lies on the edge of Priory Woods in the St Michael s area of the city.
In our investigation we revealed that the cottage was most recently lived in by a man called Erik McKay, who sadly died there in November 2019 at the age of 57.
He had lived there with his mother, Paula Marjatta McKay.
