Theyre facici charges of 2nd degree theft, possession of burglary tools and possession of drugs. Spencer remains in the Woodbury County jail on a 7 thousand dollar bond. 3 3 the alabama woman charged with stabbing a man in the chest in Woodbury County last month is pleading not guilty. 21yearold Katherine Burdett entered that plea to a charge of Domestic Abuse assault.
