Attorney Chance Lynch said Tuesday the footage shows Brown was sitting in his stationary car with his hands on the wheel when officers first opened fire on him
He said Brown actually did the opposite of driving at the officers, reversing and turning his car to go the opposite direction after the cops opened fire
