Good Morning Britain went inside a government quarantine hotel today as new rules come into force, with people not allowed to leave their rooms. All arrivals, regardless of where they re coming from, are required to isolate at home, get a negative test result up to 72 hours before they arrive, and get fresh tests on Days two and eight of isolation.
