Police describe the man as white with longer, dark hair, a mustache and facial scruff. He was wearing a blue Ford baseball cap and fled in a black, older model pickup truck with a front windshield viser.

Caribou Police are asking for the public s help locating a man, possibly with a gunshot wound, who s suspected in an alleged assault.
A local resident called Caribou Police at around noon on Thursday, saying she had just shot at a man who allegedly tried to assault her. The woman, whose name has not been released, told police that the man fled the scene in an older black pickup truck with a visor above the windshield, possibly Ford. She said she didn t know which direction he traveled in as he left.
