Police say he suffers from dementia and has a hard time walking. 83yearold Clifford Pickens was last seen yesterday afternoon ner say he also suffers from dementia and ptsd. Three women died after a car blew a red light, and smashed into the uber they were riding in. Investigators say the men inside the striking vehicle. Took off.
