It is the second such attack by Ukraine in as many days, after Vladimir Putin was dealt a devastating blow on Wednesday by a HIMARS missile which is reported to have killed 65 Russian soldiers.
Vazhnye Istorii, a Russian media outlet, has stated that it has verified a list of 68 Russian soldiers who were killed while on parade, waiting for inspection by their superior officer, in an attack by Ukrainian forces in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk Oblast on 20 February.

The Russian division of the BBC has reported that Ukraine's Armed Forces likely struck a formation of the Russian Motor Rifle Brigade in the occupied part of Donetsk Oblast on 20 February while the Russians were awaiting their commander.
