Infiltration bid foiled in Nowshera, militant killed

JAMMU, July 7: In first major infiltration attempt on the Line of Control (LoC) since fresh ceasefire agreement came into force in February this year in Jammu, the Indian Army gunned down one infiltrator in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district in the early hours of this morning while two Army soldiers sustained minor injuries.
Sources said a group of Pakistani militants made an attempt to infiltrate into the Indian territory from the Line of Control in forward village Arsalgala in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district in early hours of this moaning.
