Up-and-coming carry Justine “Tino” Grimaldo came through with a monstrous effort on his Io in Game 2 as Smart Omega swept Cignal Ultra, 2-0, to secure its promotion to the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC)-Southeast Asia upper division on Monday night.
Tino made the Kobold Foreman neutral creep his partner-in-crime using the Helm of the Dominator to gain additional movement speed and with an Aghanim’s Scepter in just 12 minutes started to snowball in the closer of the battle between the lower division leaders.
The rising position-1 star racked up 14 kills and 15 assists against a lone death to power Omega’s 36-17 stomp in just 32 minutes.
