Im hoping you can give us some specifics on what you plan to do in the next few months to try and meet your goal this year and do you have an assessment at this point whether meeting the recruiting goals for 2023 is within your grasp . I would say its very early to be speculating about where we will land by 2023 so i dont think we are in a good position to answer that question right now. We have started this prep course , the early results of that look promising. And depending on how that plays out in the next month or two i think we will look at expanding that to some additional training sites which would obviously help us. Another thing weve done is weve partnered with our recruiting brigades so that frankly we are increasing the profile at events across the United States.
