In high school, he helped the Knights reach the state title game his junior season. As a senior, he emerged as a 5-star recruit and was named the defensive MVP of the prestigious Army All-American game. “I’ve put so much time in since a young age,” says Sterns. “It really started in high school when I was working so much, became a workhorse and dedicated to my craft.”
