Numbers, it is no secret they have large environmental and pollution problems and would like to do some production with gas. We dont have it resolved. The shale that seems to move quickest, in argentina thats just happens to be lucky it is in a fairly remote area where there has been a history of mining and theres sufficient water there so once again you happen to have found a place with the right conditions beneficial conditions for going forward. Those are few and far between. Im going to come back to this issue that what really made shale takes off in the United States is the fact you had companies and land men going out handing out large checks 10 20,000 an acre to lease the land, then oh, by the way, get an eighth of the royalties on oil and gas that comes afterwards. Companies had to do that because the individuals owned mineral rights.
