THE BUZZ: The siege of Congress continued to ripple through California politics on Monday, with the House gearing up for impeachment and Sacramento taking sides.
In D.C., Speaker Nancy Pelosi pressed ahead with a removal push that she said channeled the will of her members.
says nothing about how impeachment article it s are delivered to the senate. they re a matter of public record, the charges. and we know what the vote was. we know who voted to impeach. so i think that the senate, if it wanted to, to just take up the impeachment issue even if somebody didn t walk it across to the senate chamber. now i don t think that s going to happen, because i think she s stalling to make trump look bad and largely succeeding in that. and i think probably within the next couple of weeks she will send the arms over. we ll see about that. phil, back to you, because the president also retweeted this from a fox news commentator. look, the house is supposed to do all of this work on witnesses and documents before they send the articles over to the senate. not to call in new witnesses, go through new documents. that work is supposed to be done in the house. phil what are the rules saying about evidence introduced during the senate impeachment trial? is this something
challenges and disasters for the shia-led government in any way they can as well as take over the government. what you have in the anbar provinces are sunni tribes. there are in fact 62 different tribes in anbar. there were 127 in the north area where i was located. all different tribal names. and they generate a lot of loyalty with their people. in fact the iraqi people put religion tribal affiliations and then government in that order as the way they look at patriotism. so when you re talking about arming sunni tribes to fight this extremist group, the majority of the members of these tribes do not want to live under this extremist ideology. they don t want them controlling their land. they want to get kick them out. but truthfully giving arms directly to them could cause problems which many people in congress have said how do we arm people without without ensuring the enemy takes those arms over. in this region especially in anbar you re really not sure who is for the government
