A Windsor judge concerned about sending convicted criminals behind bars during a COVID-19 outbreak at the local jail offered two local drug dealers another two months of freedom before announcing his sentencing decision.
“I’m not looking to put you at risk,” Superior Court Justice Kirk Munroe told Jeffery Durocher and Robert Bela Schrey on Tuesday.
