The Arkansas Department of Human Services on Friday released a 128-page report outlining a wide range of options for Medicaid that department officials said are aimed at controlling spending while maintaining or improving services.
A fifth North Little Rock zip code area has been added to the group that is eligible for Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (D-SNAP) benefits in the wake of last month s tornadoes across Arkansas.
Zip code 72116, which includes the area stretching from Indian Hills south to the Park Hill Historic District, was announced as being eligible by the Arkansas Department of Human Services on Friday.
The department said it learned on Sept. 16 that an employee had sent messages from her official email account to her personal Yahoo account with client information attached.
