we learned about the jury verdict before 3:00. to get everybody the room. defense counsel may have been trying another case in another courthouse. the prosecutors in their office but the jurors should be ready. if they told the judge 90 minutes ago they had a verdict, he that s not much to do between then and the time they go into the courtroom. so it s a question of logistics. neil: not confusion or there s no possibility the jurors said that s not what i said. that may come if if the answers are incomplete. neil: i got it. the judge is in no position to interrogate the jury now. that comes in court. meantimes you have attorneys who have known about this and reported to have been sitting there and waiting. they re part of the waiting game. neil: then how many people are you getting together?

leads people in and out but on either side, you have a crowd that s getting big. there are well over 300 people outside gathering around, waiting for the verdict. we just got word from our producer who has been inside during the trial and has been held outside the courtroom while the jury has been dib deliberating and she said they ve not been allowed in, so it s being delayed a few minutes while they get the party inside. we understand jodi arias, her aunt is here, her mother is here in the courtroom already as well as a woman named donovan, who has been tweeting on jodi s behalf. we understand travis alexander s family is in the courtroom and we re waiting for the media to be allowed in and then the verdict will be read. outside the courthouse, certainly more people have gathered here. a lot of people interested in this case and now we have at least 300 plus people waiting on
