and that means that now they ve got this temporary injunction. they need to step up, the feds do, and do the job that they have the responsibility to do for the people of america and for the people of arizona. joining us now from new york is kathy rue, the publisher of catalina magazine and the executive director of the national immigration forum. we ll give you both cracks at this. ali, let s start with you. what did you like about the ruling and what are you concerned about still with this ruling? well, it s important to realize that this is a conservative judge. this is a judge that was recommended by state republicans, state senate republican john kyle who i would call anti-immigrant. this very conservative judge looked at this law and said it s unconstitutional and i have serious concerns about it. that s not what she said. i hate interrupting you. by saying that she is going to enjoin portions of this law.

over this arizona ruling, where do you want to take us on this wikileaks issue because you re looking at the support in the poll numbers. what is president obama s policy, continuing the war for the time being in afghanistan, huge amount of money. money comes from congress and the american people to pay for it. what s your take? well, you know, the thing is like the pentagon papers but it s not anything like the pentagon papers because it was a completely different you have the government representing a situation and a whole different real situation. this is kind of a no big news. we know that this is a problem in afghanistan. we understand the difficult the difficulty we re having with pakistan and karzai s government so in terms of that, you know, i don t think it was a big news release. now, what s interesting nancy but nancy, you think before we get to that, you think most people in the country knew this is just a factual question. most people in the country knew that
