An Arizona driver was rescued by a helicopter crew last week after he allegedly drove around the Tonto Creek barricade and his vehicle became trapped in flood waters.
A man who authorities say entered the U.S. illegally was "fatally wounded" by an Arizona border patrol agent, the sheriff's office said. How the man was killed and what led up to the killing hasn't been released.
