More than 17,000 Arizonans signed up for health insurance during the first two months of a special Affordable Care Act enrollment period this spring, bringing total enrollment in the state to 181,000, the most in three years. PHOENIX â Health care coverage in Arizona under the Affordable Care Act is at its highest level in three years, as enrollment continued to climb in April during a special open enrollment period, according to the latest government data.
