Some of the bars, nightclubs, and restaurants in downtown san jose closed at midnight as part of that order. Theyve been out here all day collecting bags of debris and garbage that filled the courtyard. I was told two of the buildings faced extensive damage and about 30 students had to move out. Work crews spent the morning cleaning up dirt, rocks and runoff from last nights accident. As students who lived on the ground floor packed up and moved out. Reporter tonight San Jose Police will not confirm the body found in that vehicle in that quiet neighborhood is that of erin valenta, but her family and friends say it is her body, in fact, and theyre now looking for answers in this case and theyre mourning her passing.
