‘When We Were Trees’ on display at Hopkinton Center for the Arts

HOPKINTON The exhibit “When We Were Trees” is now on display to the public through Aug. 27 in The Lotvin Family Gallery at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts, 98 Hayden Rowe St., Hopkinton.
In “When We Were Trees,” Linda Hoffman and her daughter Ariel Matisse demonstrate, through the mutuality and interconnectedness of their art, how women empower each other when they connect with nature, trees, and their own bodies.
A public, in-person reception with the artists will take place from 5-6:30 p.m. Aug. 13. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
