Queen of hearts! Spanish royal Letizia stuns in red at exhibition in Madrid days after Valentines

Queen Letizia and her husband King Felipe VI have been busy keeping up with royal engagements after revealing that their daughter Leonor will soon move to Wales to study for an International Baccalaureate.

Share King Felipe and Letizia presided over the presentation of the Scholarships of the Spanish Cooperation, which are awarded by the European Union and Cooperation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A new website was created by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation to bring all the scholarships, lectures and internships on to one place, with the new platform being presented at the Viana Palace.
