VALENTINES might be over for another year but Letizia proved she will always be queen of our hearts as she donned a show-stopping red outfit during an exhibition in Madrid this week.

King Felipe and Letizia presided over the presentation of the Scholarships of the Spanish Cooperation, which are awarded by the European Union and Cooperation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
A new website was created by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation to bring all the scholarships, lectures and internships on to one place, with the new platform being presented at the Viana Palace.
At the event, the King congratulated those who participate and contribute to the scholarships which change lives , notimerica reported.
