together. what do you think? i m very skeptical of hunter biden s lawyers argument that this is binding and valid. it was not approved by the judge. although there s some truth that diversion agreements are different than plea agreements, i don t see how they can have a binding agreement if the justice department does ant agree that this diversion agreement is in effect. it s all fine and good for hunter biden s legal team to say we re going to follow the terms of the diversion agreement. if doj doesn t see it that way, i don t know how much good it is for them. neil: katie, i d like to get a sense of what david weiss who is in this capacity in a grander role, whether he changes right now, broadens the case himself, whether republicans who aren t a fan of what he s done before in being a key part of that plea bargain can be trusted here. i think weiss is compromised. he s allegedly looked into this case for five years. i can t imagine what additional
