The mayors offices of the neighborhoods, program which is under oewdn. I think they will have a lot of advice to add. Obviously, they are usually dealing with existing neighborhoods and communities in how they can help those neighborhoods. This is a unique situation where we build up a new neighborhood. There are a lot of important lessons there. From my experience on the private side and also as planner, i think there is a important distinction between destination retail and neighborhoods serving retail. From your presentation it makes sense. The areas highlighted in pink is appropriate.
